As soon as you reach the far side of the bridge more soldiers will appear. Take them out quickly.
You'll want to pick the lock to this supply depot.
Make sure you pick up the intel briefcase. There is also another holotape on a table around the corner. Once you have picked up everything head back outside.
Once you're back outside, you'll want to head up the catwalk to the next platform.
Head into the passage and make your way around.
Don't forget to reload all of your weapons and use this Ammo Dispenser to replenish your supplies.
